The hotel staff was consistently friendly. I appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout because my flight was later. The location is quite central (which is really valuable).
The room's window blinds could not completely close. This made it difficult to block out the early morning light.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they assisted with directions and provided maps to nearby locations. the location was convenient for accessing restaurants and shops. also, the historic vibe of the hotel made it special.
the hotel only has one elevator and i noticed it moved very slowly. i waited longer than i wanted.

the front staff were very helpful. tammy, a receptionist, helped me switch floors to get better wifi. the breakfast was nice, and the rooms were decent.
The air conditioning did not work properly in my room. it was loud, but no cold air came out. the windows were very dirty. It was difficult to see through them. the bathroom handle seemed about to fall off.
